Ingredients
- Fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, mangoes, etc.)
- Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or agave)
- Yogurt (Greek or dairy-free)
- Coconut milk or almond milk
- Vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Choose your favorite fruits and chop them into small pieces.
- In a blender, combine the chopped fruit, yogurt, and honey.
- Add coconut milk or almond milk, a dash of vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into Ninja Creami containers and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, place the container in the Ninja Creami machine and select your desired setting.
- Once blended, scoop out your healthy treat and enjoy!

For the best results, freeze your mixture for a full 24 hours. Experiment with different fruits and flavors to create unique combinations.
