- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and dried parsley.
- In a separate bowl, mix warm water and olive oil.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread minced garlic and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over it.
- Roll up the dough tightly and cut it into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
These rolls can be served warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
