Delightful soft and fluffy rolls bursting with cheesy goodness and a hint of garlic.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and dried parsley.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix warm water and olive oil.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread minced garlic and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over it.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly and cut it into rolls.
  8. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These rolls can be served warm with marinara sauce for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
