  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise; blend until smooth.
  3. Add chopped dill pickle chips, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), black pepper, and salt; stir to combine.
  4. Transfer dip mixture into a baking dish or oven-safe skillet, spreading evenly.
  5. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with a tablespoon of olive oil or melted butter until evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the dip.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
  9. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
