- 1 cup dill pickle chips, drained and chopped

- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise; blend until smooth.
- Add chopped dill pickle chips, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), black pepper, and salt; stir to combine.
- Transfer dip mixture into a baking dish or oven-safe skillet, spreading evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with a tablespoon of olive oil or melted butter until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the dip.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, pretzels, or fresh veggies.
Notes
For the best flavor, soften cream cheese before mixing. Adjust spices to taste, and consider adding cooked chicken for a heartier dip.
