Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup vanilla wafers, crushed

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, heavy cream, milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add the crushed vanilla wafers to the mixture and stir gently.
  3. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami container and freeze for 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, process in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer’s instructions until creamy.
  5. Serve immediately or store in the freezer.
