A creamy, chocolatey dessert that combines rich chocolate flavor with the nutty taste of peanut butter, inspired by Reese’s Cups.

  • Total Time: 1455 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Reese’s miniature cups (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, soften the cream cheese using a spatula until smooth. Stir in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Gradually add the heavy cream and whole milk, mixing thoroughly to create a smooth, creamy base.
  3. Pour the mixture into your Ninja Creami pint container, making sure it is filled up to the โ€˜MAX FILLโ€™ line. Secure the lid and freeze the mixture for at least 24 hours, or until solid.
  4. Once frozen, remove the lid and place the pint into the Ninja Creami machine. Press the โ€˜Ice Creamโ€™ button to process until smooth and creamy.
  5. After the ice cream is processed, create a small hole in the center of the ice cream and add the chopped Reese’s miniature cups. Reattach the pint to the Ninja Creami and press the โ€˜Mix-inโ€™ button to fold in the candy.
  6. Scoop the Reese’s Cup ice cream into bowls or cups, and enjoy a delicious Sonic Blast-inspired treat at home.
