A refreshing and creamy homemade version of the popular Starbucks Pink Drink, perfect for cooling down on warm days.

  • Total Time: 1440 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Grande Starbucks Pink Drink
  • 2 tablespoons instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries

Instructions

  1. In the Ninja Creami Pint container, combine the grande Starbucks Pink Drink and the vanilla pudding mix. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and the pudding mix is fully dissolved.
  2. Gently fold in the diced strawberries, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  3. Secure the lid and place it in the freezer for at least 24 hours, or until the mixture is completely frozen.
  4. Once frozen, remove the pint from the freezer and process the frozen mixture using the ‘Ice Cream’ setting on the Ninja Creami.
  5. If the ice cream is too crumbly after the first spin, add 1-2 tablespoons of Pink Drink or cream and re-spin until you reach your desired consistency.
  6. Scoop the ice cream into a bowl or cone and enjoy your refreshing Starbucks-inspired treat!

Notes

Serve in fun bowls or colorful cones and top with extra sliced strawberries or a drizzle of coconut milk for added style. Store leftovers in the Ninja Creami Pint container with a tight-fitting lid for up to a week.
