A delightful and easy dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake filling, crunchy graham cracker crust, and fresh fruit, all without the need for baking.

  • ยฝ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped (or any preferred fruit)
  • ยผ cup fruit preserves (optional for layering)
  • Additional fruit or topping for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until well coated.
  2. Layer a spoonful of the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of serving glasses and press down to form a base.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined and smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, being careful not to over-whip.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  7. Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker layer in each glass, filling halfway.
  8. Add a layer of chopped strawberries (or your choice of fruit) over the cheesecake mixture and optional fruit preserves.
  9. Top with another layer of cheesecake mixture, filling glasses to the rim.
  10. Finish with graham cracker mixture or fresh fruit on top as a garnish.
  11. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  12. Serve chilled and enjoy!

For a smoother cheesecake filling, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature. Avoid over-whipping the heavy cream and consider adding lemon juice or zest for extra flavor.
