- ยผ cup fruit preserves (optional for layering)

Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl until well coated.
- Layer a spoonful of the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of serving glasses and press down to form a base.
- Beat softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, being careful not to over-whip.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture on top of the graham cracker layer in each glass, filling halfway.
- Add a layer of chopped strawberries (or your choice of fruit) over the cheesecake mixture and optional fruit preserves.
- Top with another layer of cheesecake mixture, filling glasses to the rim.
- Finish with graham cracker mixture or fresh fruit on top as a garnish.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
