A fun and tasty high-protein ice cream that blends classic cookies and cream flavors with a healthy twist.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups milk (Fairlife for higher protein content)
  • 1 1/2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla instant pudding mix (sugar-free or regular)
  • 3-4 Oreos (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Mix protein powder, pudding mix, and milk in Ninja Creami pint container using a small whisk or spoon until combined.
  2. Freeze for 24 hours on a level surface.
  3. Place the pint container in the Ninja Creami outer bowl and secure the lid with the blade. Install onto the machine.
  4. Run lite ice cream mode x1, check consistency.
  5. Run re-spin mode x1 if needed.
  6. Scrape down the sides to remove any iciness and create a hole in the center of the pint (make sure it goes all the way down for even distribution). Add crushed Oreos and secure lid.
  7. Run on mix-in mode.
  8. Scoop and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use chilled milk and ensure the ice cream base is well mixed. Freezing for the full 24 hours is essential for the perfect texture.
