Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

- Pour in the broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the orzo is cooked and has absorbed the liquid, about 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
